Menu 19th May

 Dear friends,

The menu for Friday 19th May is ready , if you could please make your choices and send me your order by the Wednesday evening with the time of your delivery. Please choose one starter, one main course and one dessert from the choices available. The price of the meal is £22 per person. Your food will be delivered hot to your door at a time to be arranged.
I can also provide trays of desserts for parties or receptions with 6, 12 or 24 portions. And I can also cater for small dinner parties and events for numbers up two 24 people with a menu to be discussed and arranged with you.

Courgettes, feta cheese, garlic, cumin, egg, semolina, herbs, served with a Greek yoghurt dip

Two small baked  Greek Spinach pies with feta cheese, leeks , spring onions, herbs and garlic in home made  pastry (with wine and EVOO (extra virgin olive oil )

Garides Saganaki with ouzo

Greek shrimp saganaki is a traditional dish with shrimp that are deglazed in Ouzo to give them extra flavour in spicy tomato sauce peppers and feta cheese

Tomato , feta cheese, garlic, , egg, semolina, mint gresh onion ,

served with a Greek yoghurt dip

Two fish roulades filled with shrimp spinach and spring onions poached in lemmon wine and cream served with salad and dauphinoise potatoes

Gigantes Plaki  (Vegan)

A classic Greek recipe, consisting of 'giant' beans (variety imported from Greece) baked in tomato sauce along with plenty of fresh herbs, which give a really unique taste.

Spaghetti Frutti di Mare

Frutti Di Mare literally translates to “fruit of the sea” is a popular Italian pasta dish made with spaghetti, arrabiata sauce  with mussels, shrimp, squid, and octopus.

Home made Ekmek kataifi is an all-weather Greek dessert made with layers of kataifi dough baked until crispy and golden, bathed in lemon scented syrup, topped with creamy thick custard and whipped cream and garnished pistachios
