cornish pasty




For the Pasty (5 pieces)

400 gr strong bread flowr
2 pinch salt
100 gr lard/100 gr butter
100 gr cold water
 1 egg (and milk)for glazing

filling

200 gr beef
200 gr potato
200 gr onion /leek
200 gr swede(tutnip)
